Return and Refund Policy
At DP AZAD SPORTS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility Window
- Standard Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Damaged/Defective Goods: If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt to ensure a swift resolution.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- The product must be unused, unsoiled, and unaltered.
- All original tags and stickers must be attached and intact.
- The item must be in its original packaging (e.g., shoes must be returned in the original shoe box).
- Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like socks, supporters, and customized equipment (e.g., knocked-in or custom-strung racquets) are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
3. Return Process

- Quality Check (QC): Once the item reaches our facility, our technical team will inspect it.
- Approval: If the QC is passed, we will initiate your refund or dispatch the replacement item.
- Replacement Timeline : All replacements are delivered within 7- 10 business days.
4. Refund Timeline & Mode
- Approved Refunds: Once approved, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
- Method of Refund: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Reflection in Account: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 15 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, you will be requested to provide bank or UPI details for the transfer.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.
- Post-Dispatch: Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse the package at your doorstep.
